Ventosa Vineyards is located on the Northeast shore of Seneca Lake, in the heart of the Finger Lakes wine region.

Ventosa, the Italian word meaning "windy", offers a unique Tuscan setting which brings the ambiance of Tuscany to the Finger Lakes. The friendly atmosphere, premium wine tasting and breathtaking view of Seneca Lake provides an experience you will be sure to enjoy and remember.

The vineyard at Ventosa consits of 23 acres of vinifera grapes. These premium grapes include Pinot Noir, Lemberger, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot, Pinot Gris, Riesling, and Chardonnay. Additionally, Ventosa grows Sangiovese and Tocai Friulano, Italian grapes not typically found in the Finger Lakes Region.

The owners of Ventosa Vineyards, Lenny and Meg Cecere, had a vision of bringing back a family past time of wine making. What better place to realize this dream than the beautiful Finger Lakes Region in upstate New York!
